I am a community focused freelance sensory artist with a passion for collaborating and connecting with like-minded creatives, working on innovative and exciting projects fuelled by playfulness and curiosity.

​

I have been very fortunate to have worked on a variety of wonderful projects in many different forms. These include live theatre and arts, digital and online, immersive installations, as well as in education and community settings.

From a very young age, I have felt as though I have been an explorer of the world, always completely infatuated with arts and crafts and all things multi-sensory. I feel very lucky to be able to make my childhood interests and dreams, my adult life reality.

​

I work with a variety of ages and groups within the community but mostly work with children and young people.  

I have grown up as a carer for my younger sister, who is Autistic, has complex needs, and communicates in a non-traditional way. Nearly all of our interaction has always been through play, song, dancing, reciting scenes from films, and arts and crafts.

 

I believe that being allowed the space to play and explore is crucial in our growth and development as human beings as well as having a major positive benefit to our mental wellbeing - for children and adults alike. We are able to learn from our own experiences without the pressure to behave or perform in a specific way.
